Lt. Colonel (RTD) Stewart Hill recites his poem 'My last memory of Afghanistan.'

Lt. Colonel (RTD) Stewart Hill recites his poem 'My last memory of Afghanistan' as he paints and discusses the impact of his injury and how painting and poetry have filled the void left from the loss of his army career.
Style for Soldiers are sponsoring Stewart, Dougie Adams, Karl Tearney and Martin Wade to paint and write poetry for a year to advance their skills and their work will be shown at La Galleria in Pall Mall from November 6th - 18th titled Art in the Aftermath.  Dougie, Karl and Martin all suffer PTSD and like Stewart, having never painted or written poetry before their injury, have found it an incomparable source of peace and recovery.
We very much hope to launch four artistic careers at the exhibition.
